We loved the small hotel with its great location near all the attractions as well as shopping and transport options, and the fresh food with a variety of choices.

it was in a marvellous location with an indoor market hall nearby. the staff was outstandingly friendly and excellent from arrival until we left.

Affittacamere Vanessa is a useful base for a city break in Florence. The breakfast includes freshly made food like coffee, tea, croissants, and biscuits. The staff are attentive and excellent. The location is marvelous.

Clean, great value hotel, the location was great and super near train station and magor places of interest, the center of Florence and indoor food court. The room was fairly quiet and bright, included with a/c, hairdryer, as for instance. The food was freshly made, appreciated it.

Room was a good size and had a nice bathroom. Breakfast was great with lots of fresh food and drinks to choose from. Check-in was fast and the staff were super friendly 😊.

Conveniently situated within walking distance of the city center, Santa Maria Train station, the center of town, and a lake just a short stroll away.

Loved staying with Vanessa! Welcoming place in an amazing location near the train and all the sights. Accommodated our extra nights, delicious breakfast, great wifi, and cleanliness. Next door to a great breakfast cafe, close to main market/attractions. Quiet at night, close to train station. Shared kitchen with clean water. Helpful and kind receptionist. Recommend to everyone for its location, cleanliness, and value for money.

The location of the hotel is superb, situated between the train station and the Duomo in the bustling center of Florence. Guests can easily explore the city's attractions and enjoy the lively atmosphere. the Merkato market is also just a short walk away, offering a variety of lunch options. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. the bathrooms are well-maintained, and the service provided by the friendly host, Vanessa, is exceptional. the breakfast offered includes a variety of options, such as tea, coffee, croissants, and fruit.

The street noise in the morning can be considerable for light sleepers.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great, and the small complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and with the central market right at our doorstep. Vanessa, our host, was amazing - efficient check-in, storing our bags after checkout, and overall being a fabulous host.
